Snapped this photo at the port in Puerto Vallarta on our Mexico cruise and it stopped me in my tracks.

Rows and rows of umbrellas, suspended in perfect harmony under a cloudless sky. And it hit me…

How often do we walk through sunny days preparing for rain?

We carry our fears, brace for the worst, and forget to enjoy the moment we’re standing in. These umbrellas weren’t shielding anyone from storms they were part of the beauty. A reminder to look up, to be present, to celebrate the now before it passes by.

Life isn’t just about preparing for what might happen. It’s about living what is happening.
